Secret of Looking Good and Feeling Fit
There are four different aspects to looking good and feeling
fit. These are:
* physical,
* spiritual,
* mental
* emotional.
These are all important because:
* A plan for physical health incorporates diet, nutrition
and exercise.
* Spiritually we all need to find purpose in our life.
* We need to develop our thought life and focus on the tasks
at hand. This will shape the type of person we become.
* Our emotional health and stability are inter-related with
each of the three other aspects. We all encounter stress on
a daily basis. Our ability to handle that stress defines
us. If we look after these four areas of our lives we will
have abundant energy, improve your vitality and keep
looking good and feeling fit.
Diet is the single most influential factor in our overall
health. Our bodies are stronger and more resistant to
illness when we eat healthily and our teeth are straighter
and less prone to decay. A lot of research has been done
into this and it has been discovered that the people
groups who have the least disease are those from
"primitive" tribes who eat a lot of fresh game, fruit and
vegetables. These tribes are virtually free of diseases
such as cancer and diabetes but go on to contract these
diseases as they become more "civilised".
It's very interesting that there have also been some
dramatic cases of people from "civilised" countries who have
been cured from serious illnesses by changing their diet by
eating less processed foods and eating more natural fresh
foods. One of the most dramatic cases was Jordans Rubin,
from USA, who was cured from a very serious "incurable"
illness and was on the point of death. He had previously
tried many doctors in search of a cure. Eventually, he
found a doctor who put him on a diet similar to that
recommended in the Bible, with plenty of fresh fruit and
vegetables and his health and vitality were transformed
simply by a change in diet.
This is the type of food that he began to eat:
* naturally fermented milk from raw goat's and cow's milk;
* organically raised , free range or grass fed meat;
* eggs and meat from free range chickens;
* ocean caught wild fish;
* natural sprouted or sourdough yeast-free bread;
* raw nuts and seeds;
* organic fruit and vegetables;
* raw sauerkraut;
* carrot and other vegetable juices.
Before he started on this diet his body had wasted away to
only 111 lbs, not a lot for someone 6 ft 1 inch tall, then
after changing his diet he gained 29lbs in forty days and
looked completely different.
So it is vitally important to eat healthy, fresh food to
look good and feel fit. If we can make just some of our
meals more nutritious our bodies will benefit greatly.
Many of us find this difficult because we have such busy
lifestyles. It's easier and quicker to grab a hotdog or a
burger for lunch than it is to eat a more nutritious meal.
If we do not start to change then nothing will change. This
sounds obvious but if we do not take the first step down the
road then we will never get to where we want to go.
So if we just make small changes to our diet it will be a
start. If we include the above items in some of our meals
our bodies will benefit greatly and we'll look good and feel
fit.

How To Lose Weight With Aerobic Exercise
Many people are looking at aerobics as a means of keeping fit, for better general health and to lose weight.
It is a form of exercise, designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and is normally performed to music. It gets its name as it is an exercise that increases the need for oxygen. It involves performing a low resistance activity for a long period of time. This means that with some aerobic exercises you can do other things at the same time such as having a discussion.
Effective means to shed weight
What do you think about this article? Have you any experience of losing weight with Aerobic Exercise? If so then please leave a comment below.
If your weight is affecting your self-image, physical appearance, general health, emotional stability and the overall quality of your life, then it's time to consider an exercise such as aerobics, which can increase cardiovascular fitness.
Here are some points to consider before you start to lose weight with Aerobic Exercise:
1. Decide why you want to lose weight. By having a vision of the end result it can help and motivate you to overcome any challenges during the various slimming stages.
2. Decide to commit to it. By asking yourself if you're prepared to permanently change the way you eat, what you eat, and your activity level, the chance you will shed weight speedily and safely, is greater.
3. Look for someone who will encourage you during your workouts. Try convincing a close member of the family or a buddy to join your workouts with you on an ongoing basis.
4. Make sure that you are mentally strong enough to deal with possible failure if you do not accomplish your sought after weight or result. The problem with any physical exercise or diet plan is that the majority of people who are on it quit easily when they start to feel the small pains caused by slimming down.
5. Seek expert help if needed. If you are seeking to lose weight with aerobic exercise but you aren't sure if your body or your health can meet the demands, then it is best to seek professional help. Your doctor can help you decide on a responsible and safe weight loss plan if aerobic exercise is not for you. But if you decide to proceed with it, your doctor can help you plan properly.

3 tips for healthy exercise
Exercise ie realy good for you!
Exercise helps to tone up your muscles but does not increase your protein mass. The quantity of protein within the muscle is the same whether it is toned up or not. Your muscles will always have the same composition, whether or not you exercise. If you exercise the muscles become flabby, and if you overeat, you build fatty tissue up around them. That is the reason why muscles can feel as if they are changing to fat if you stop exercising for a while.
Walking briskly is the best exercise and doesn't require time out to go to the gym.
If you walk for 2 hours a day, this can help you to lose more than a pound each week (provided your intake of food remains about the same).
To tone up your cardiovascular system and burn calories, you have to use your big muscles -those below the waist, which represent 75 or 80 per cent of your total muscle mass. Walking does this.
Walking has the following advantages:
* it exercises the whole body and involves all the muscles, especially if you get a rhythm going and swing your arms freely.
* You lose weight from all over your body because when you exercise your muscles send out hormonal signals to every fat cell inside you. These cells release fat molecules into the bloodstream, which takes them into the working muscles to be used as fuel. So you draw evenly on your total reserves not just on the fat near the muscle being exercised.
* Walking toughens your muscles and gives them greater endurance without building up unsightly muscles.
So walking is a great way to tone up, lose weight and keep fit. If you don't normally walk much then it should help you to lose body fat fast and you can incorporate it into your normal lifestyle. Try parking a little further away from the office, church or shops. Just a few extra minutes of walking a day will be really beneficial and if you really like it you could join a club and go out on recreational walks at the weekend.
