Here's a great article, which confirms what I've been saying about the secret to losing Body Fat Fast.
Want to Lose Weight Quicker? Here's a Commonly Missed But Yet Powerful Tip - Must Read! by A. Barnes
Almost everyone who starts dieting wants to lose weight quicker, easier, and of course, permanently. However, there is a high percentage of us who start diets and end up failing. The fact of the matter is that there is a huge missing component that most don't take note of and as a result, end up failing with their dieting efforts. Read on to learn more.
Now, when I first began dieting, I tried out every fad diet known to man. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful with each and every one of them. After FINALLY finding that "perfect" program, I later on figured out that the only true way to lose weight and burn fat was to get 100% proper nutrition and to do so in a way to skyrocket your metabolism. Now, although that is the ONLY way to get results WITH dieting, there still was something missing BEFORE I got started that I later on realized.
With that said, the #1 way to lose weight quicker before you begin is to ensure you fix the root problem and avoid trying to fix individual problems. What do I mean? Well, individual problems range from you having sugar cravings, to not being able to drink a lot of water, to not having the motivation to exercise, and on and on. Most people focus on trying to fix each and every one of those problems individually. However, if you want to ensure you stay consistent and motivated, you have to fix the root problem.
So, what's the root problem? Mindset. You must change your mindset to look at your journey as a "lifestyle change" as opposed to something "additional". If you do this, EVERYTHING else will fall right into place. You will willingly eat more healthier without it feeling like a burden, and the same goes for exercising, drinking more water, getting more sleep, etc.. Additionally, if you stay consistent for just one week, you'll find it even more easier to stick with your journey.
The key to making sure this all works out perfectly is to also ensure that the diet program you go on is 100% natural and is based on the fact that FOOD IS NOT THE ENEMY. Unnatural fad diets will make it near impossible to stick with your goals due to their complicated, expensive, and unhealthy approaches.
By choosing an effective and simple diet program plus changing my mindset around to look at this as a "change" to what I do currently instead of being some additional burden, I quickly ended up getting the body of my dreams much more easily and consistently!
So, if you are ready to Melt Away Fat FAST and drop 9 pounds EVERY 11 DAYS, then I highly recommend the "calorie shifting diet" from Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
I lost an amazing 67 lbs. of fat in 4 months using this popular online diet plan... and it all stayed off FOR GOOD! This diet works so well because it is based on skyrocketing your metabolism by eating REAL foods. NO starvation, NO cravings, NO diet pills... just 100% natural and very EASY dieting!

How To Lose Body Fat By Cycling
Cycling is becoming an extremely popular way to keep fit and to lose body fat as more and more people realise the benefits of it.
My Mentor, Roy Savery, is one of the fastest cyclists in the world for his age group. He trains by cycling really fast for at least a couple of hours most days.
I used to cycle a lot myself - cycling to and from work and going out on Club rides at the weekends and touring in the holidays. I found it a great way to keep fit and lose body fat and it gives you a great feeling of accomplishment after completing a long ride.
However, you can cycle for general fitness without having to do gruelling training runs like Roy. It has so many advantages to many other ways of keeping fit. For example, the weight of your body is taken by the bike whereas with jogging all that pounding goes through your body and puts a strain on the joints.
Cycling is a very enjoyable way to keep fit and lose body fat. You can also easily incorporate it into your daily lifestyle by doing the daily commute or by nipping down to the shops. If you join a club it can also be a very social way to keep fit.
Here are some tips to help you get started cycling:
* A study of more than 10,000 people found that those who cycle at least 20 miles a week are half as likely to have heart problems as those who don't cycle.
* If you want a bike for riding mainly on the road, a hybrid bike with road tyres is probably the best bike to get. If you’re buying a new bike, don’t buy a mountain bike unless you intend to ride off road.
* It's important to have a saddle that's comfortable for you. Leather saddles used to be extremely popular for this as over time they would mould themselves to your shape. The downside of them is that it takes time to break them in and meanwhile they can be uncomfortable, they need to be oiled from time to time, which can stain your clothes, and they can be ruined by the rain.
Saddles with gel padding are very popular because they mould themselves to your shape without needing to have a breaking in period.
*It's very important for comfortable riding to have the saddle set to the correct height. To check this out sit on the saddle with the peddle at it's lowest point. Put your heel on the peddle and there should be a slight bend in the knee. If not then adjust your saddle accordingly.
* If you're going do a lot of cycling then it's worth getting special cycling shorts or long trousers. These are cut in a different way from ordinary shorts so that the seams are in a different place. I found that cotton underwear with made-to-measure corduroy shorts or trousers was a very comfortable combination. If you decide on padded shorts then you shouldn't wear underwear with them.
*The secret to comfortable cycling is to spin low gears. Do not strain and push hard in a high gear. That can lead to painful and damaged knees. I know from experience. With cycling it is NOT true to say, "no pain, no gain".
* Build endurance by cycling regularly. Cycle at least twice per week to get the full benefit from it.
* Burn body fat by increasing your intensity, going faster, doing sprints or intervals. Do this by riding as hard as you can for two minutes then take it easy for two minutes and repeat this sequence a few times.
If you get started cycling in this way you'll get fit, keep fit, lose body fat and have an enjoyable time doing it.
